Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one gk9990 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and for keeping your gk9990 Login credentials confidential. You accept full liability for all activity conducted on your account whilst your credentials are being used, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. Identity Verification (KYC)

gk9990 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with good industry practice. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any point in the account lifecycle: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a passport, a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months, or a photograph of the mobile wallet registered to your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gk9990 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gk9990 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your gk9990 wallet balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant mobile payment provider.
• gk9990 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gk9990 accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a mobile wallet that is registered in your own name and linked to the mobile number on your gk9990 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification.
• gk9990 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 30 minutes from the approval of a valid withdrawal request, though processing times may vary depending on the mobile payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a third-party mobile wallet or to any wallet registered in a name other than the account holder's verified name.
• gk9990 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is significantly above the player's typical transaction history.

Currency & Exchange

The gk9990 Platform operates entirely in BDT. There are no currency conversions applied to player balances. The BDT amount shown in your account wallet at any time reflects the exact amount available for wagering or withdrawal, without any hidden exchange rate adjustments.

Bonuses & Promotions

gk9990 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of any specific promotion are set out in the individual promotion page or communication through which the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by gk9990 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. gk9990 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus issued to an account that has not completed the verification process.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds, after all wagering requirements have been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳100,000 in total qualifying wagers before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirements of a bonus. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically upon expiry if the wagering requirements have not been completed within the stated timeframe.
• gk9990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights that may have already accrued to eligible players prior to the modification.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated exploitation by multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonuses and may result in account closure.

Game Rules & Betting

The gk9990 Platform offers a variety of gaming and betting products, including live casino games, video slot games, instant win games (such as Lucky Dice and Mines), and a cricket and sports sportsbook. Each product category is subject to the general rules set out in these Terms as well as specific rules applicable to each game or market.

General Gaming Rules

• All games on the gk9990 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines or, in the case of live dealer products, real physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. Outcomes are not influenced by gk9990 or any third party.
• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a system or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gk9990 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet balance. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances.

Sports Betting & Cricket

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension rules. gk9990 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice.
• Bets on matches or events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules for the relevant market state otherwise.
• The BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh Tigers are among the regularly featured markets on the gk9990 sportsbook. Market availability is subject to the live event calendar and may change without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gk9990 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to the relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one gk9990 account, whether under the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk9990 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided through it. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

gk9990 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time and without notice. gk9990 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gk9990's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where the applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability set out above, gk9990's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your gk9990 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

gk9990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Failure to complete or pass the identity verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a mobile wallet provider in connection with any deposit made to the account.
• An account found to be duplicative of another account held by the same individual.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gk9990 may, at its discretion, withhold some or all of the balance remaining in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found, the verified balance will be returned to the player via the payment method associated with the account. Where a material breach is confirmed, gk9990 may forfeit the account balance in full.

A player wishing to voluntarily close their gk9990 account for any reason may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered mobile wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Amendments to These Terms

gk9990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
